The HS503GU is a new micro red dot optic equipped with a 65 MOA circle dot reticle with the option of switching to a 2MOA dot only. The “G” signifies that the battery is side mounted on the side of the optic. The “U” signifies a housing design that shrouds the windage and elevation turrets on two sides. Employing new LED technology, the life-time for one CR2032 battery can reach 5 years on the 2 MOA dot. Holosun’s “Shake Awake” technology automatically turns the optic on at the slightest movement. When the optic senses no movement, it will go to sleep.

- Shake Awake™
Another great piece of technology created by Holosun is Shake Awake™. This great feature allows an optic to automatically go to sleep when the unit has not detected any type of movement or vibration in a specific amount of time that is programmable by the operator. However, once the unit senses movement, it will automatically turn itself on and recall the last brightness that was used. This great feature helps promote battery life further and insures the unit is on and ready when you need it!

- Multiple Reticle System (M.R.S.)
M.R.S. gives the user the flexibility to use their optic as they need it. Units with this feature allow the user to turn on or off certain sections of the reticle giving the ability to have the ideal reticle for the job at hand. If you need a precise shot, you can run the 2MOA dot only. You need a reticle for fast target acquisition, just turn on an additional 65MOA ring with the push of a button! The best part....no need to rezero your optic when switching between reticle options!
