VANWARD | HUNTER .264 TITAN - Suppressor

Vanward 3D printed Titanium silencers are designed with safety, performance, durability and sustainability in focus

The size, diameter and weight of the silencers is carefully designed to give the hunter and shooter the best and optimum product. The Vanward silencers are designed with a strength and durability that exceeds the industry standards.

All models are 3D printed/welded into one piece where all the baffles connect the inner tube with the outer tube into one welded piece.

There is no sharp edges in this design as Vanward considers a 90 deg edge as a “beginning of a crack". The unique hexagonal pattern gives additional strength but also generates outside turbulence which reduces the heat radiation effect, called “Mirage” which can disturb the target aiming when using a rife scope.

The baffles inside the silencers and their positioning are specially designed to absorb the pressure peak from the muzzle or a firearm which gives unique noise and recoil reducing properties.

For the long range and precision shooter it can be noticed that the bullet enters the silencer before the powder gasses.

It is simply designed for a lifetime.

THE PRODUCTION

Vanward 3D printed Titanium silencers are manufactured in the most precise 3D printer method with Titanium powered bed and laser technology.

Vanward's production takes place in Norway, and uses the highest quality standards available for production method, materials and machinery. The production also provides 3D printed items for medical, aerospace and special industries.

The 3D printed silencers and the process is undergoing a high quality control and test regime before rough field testing and some destructive tests before the silencers are approved and released for the marked.

Special tools are used in the milling process for machining the threads accepting the interchangeable thread pieces. The tread pieces are made of the finest 303 steel alloy with polished threads to give the most interface between the high grade Titanium and the rifle barrel

If you choose to have the Vanward silencers coated, you can be sure that the best coating system available is used and performed by Durano.
