MOUNTING
The Talon was designed to be compatible the most popular mounting systems on the market today. We recommend Arisaka Rail Slider or BT Atlas QD Mount, but there are many others that will also fit, provided that it has a suitable hole spacing. Some mounts will require a spacer underneath (such as the BT Atlas QD), a spacer is included for that purpose. Compatible Hole Spacing: 20 - 28mm
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
After attaching the mounting system of your choice, you are ready to use the Talon! The Talon can be mounted on the underside or topside of the rifle hand guard (provided that the hand guard have Picatinny rails). The Talon features 3 distinct spikes that will be useful in different scenarios. For example taking support on the right side of a barricade means you will use the spike on the left side of the Talon. When attaching the Talon to the underside of the rifle, then the center spike will function as a stabil point when panning over a horizontal barricade, roof top, or table top. The Talon will provide a stabil shooting platform when you punch it into the wooden barricade. With a little practice you will quickly be comfortable with how hard to punch it in, and at which height that suits your shooting style.
